Hi! 👋

We're your host - Roksana & Natan. We're a family of four living a few minutes away from the B&B. 

Roksi looks after our wonderful children and lovely guests 🤗 If you reach out to us, she will likely take care of you and your reservation 📝✔️
Nat looks after the property and helps with all technical aspects of the business, such as this website 👨‍🔧 During the daytime, he wears the hat of a researcher in aerospace at Oxford University 👨‍🔬

We give our guest space, but we're frequent visitors to the property. During the week, you're most likely to catch us in before and by the end of breakfast time, and often in the evenings working outside if the weather allows! On the weekend, we often pop in for a whole to make sure the property and our guests are well looked after, giving you plenty of opportunity to interact. 😃💬😊

Rules

We want all our guests to enjoy their stay. Therefore, a few simple rules must be followed at all times.

🚭 Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited. 

👟 No shoes on the carpets. We sanitise the floors regularly and kindly ask our guests to take off their shoes in return for our efforts to keep the place clean and hygienic. 

🥡 No food in the rooms. Instead, we kindly ask our guests to use the conservatory, which is open to our guests' private use and has all the facilities to enjoy your takeaway!

🎉 No parties or events

👥 Extra guests must be approved before their stay

🐕 No pets, except for service animals

🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 - 8:00
